Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders Some items on finesserltd.co.uk may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you authorise Finesserltd to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they become available, and estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@finesserltd.co.uk. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or dispatched and we may be unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Subscription Products If subscription products are offered, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has passed will take effect from the following billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
