Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times We offer standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delays Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside of our control.
